REFUND POLICY

All services are non-refundable. Terminations of contracts will end 30 days (month) after a written request is submitted. Your written notice to terminate services must arrive no later than 72 hours before the next scheduled payment, any cancellation after 72 hours is subject to the next full payment.

● Record Keeping Policy

A secured folder will be electronically sent to share documents. All participants will sign a confidentiality agreement. Upon the termination of services, files will be downloaded onto a secured external drive for storage, after 5 years, all confidential records will be deleted.
