Service Rates

Advocacy Support (30 minute Initial Consultation required)

Fee: Non-Refundable Contract Fee $450.00

My goal is to help you advocate for your scholar’s rights. I will explain in a non-legal capacity my understanding of certain provisions of IDEA, the 504 process and help you, the parent or guardian determine which program(s) are appropriate for your scholar.  My first step is to review all records and evaluations to create a case summary with recommendations for accommodations, modifications, supports and related services based on the individual needs of your scholar. We will work with the school team to revise and/or write recommended IEP Goal(s) and assist and support you with manifestation determination review processes. In addition, I will recommend and/or provide information on Extended School Year (ESY) and Compensatory Education Services (CES) as needed for your scholar. Both of these services are provided to scholars who receive special education services at no cost to the parent/guardian.

●  Initial services will be charged against the contract fee.
● You will be billed at a rate of $150.00 per hour for services provided.
● Travel Policy - There is a travel expense, of mileage ($.58 per mile) as well as an hourly rate of $25.00 per hour for time traveled, for any meetings outside a 20-mile radius.
● Scheduling Policy - When scheduling meeting dates in advance, you will be required to pay a $100.00, NON-refundable fee to hold this date. This fee will be applied to your child's account and will be utilized as a credit towards your overall bill statement.
 ● Should the date of your IEP change without 3 days' notice, this fee will not be credited to your account. To reschedule a new date you will have to repay the $100.00, NON-refundable fee to hold the new date.
 ● Services begin when the advocate has agreed to take your case (after consultation), the contract fee is paid in full and the contract and parental responsibilities and policy agreements are signed and returned.

In-Home Parent Coaching (30-minute Consultation required)

$50 per session (minimum of 5 sessions required) 

In your coaching segments, I use positive techniques that you can begin using immediately. These coaching sessions are personally tailored to your questions, needs and goals.  Some examples of areas of struggles are sleeping, eating, divorce, different parenting styles, sibling rivalry, anger, anxiety, attention and concentration, tantrums, social skills, screen technology and family-work balance. A session is 50 minutes, either face-to-face or virtually. Typically, we will ‘meet’ once per week or bi-weekly. The coaching process usually takes 7-8 sessions, depending on your personal goals. Some parents prefer to plan a few follow-up, or maintenance sessions on a once per month basis, for ongoing growth and development.
● Non-Refundable fee of $150.00 is due upon scheduling your session. 
● You will be billed at a rate of $50.00 per session for services provided.
● Scheduling Policy - When scheduling/booking an academic or behavioral parent coaching session you must schedule a minimum of three (5) sessions. These sessions will include an in-home observation visit, a second visit to teach skills, two sessions for implementation and a final one to evaluate how skills and strategies have been implemented in the home. 
● Services begin when the $150 contract fee is paid in full and the contract has been signed by all parties.

Individualized Educator Coaching (30-minute consultation required)
Fee: varies 
I’m skilled at individual coaching as well as facilitating sessions for general and special educators around a wide range of topics including but not limited to building classroom community in a virtual environment, how to effectively use differentiated instruction and effective classroom management to ignite scholar learning. Prior to your training session I will schedule a consultation to discuss your desires for support and set goals. After the consultation we will establish a coaching calendar that allows for flexibility and consistency. My coaching sessions can be scheduled in-person or virtual conferencing. Conversations can be rooted in planning, reflecting or problem resolution. A typical session lasts between 45 and 60 minutes. Professional coaching is centered around the pursuit of fostering agency and understanding for each and every scholar.
